A candlelit Persian dinner gathering in Toronto

Toronto · Est. 2025 · By invitation

A quiet room for
Iranians in Toronto.

Our ethos

We are not an app.
We are a room.

No feeds. No scores. No public profiles. Refigh is built the way our grandparents entertained — an intentional guest list, a good table, and time to actually talk. Members are introduced, never advertised to.

01

Curated

Every application is read by a person. Approval takes taste, not an algorithm.

02

Local

Built around Toronto postal codes, not airline miles. We are your neighbours.

03

Discreet

Your profile is visible only to the room. Nothing is indexed, nothing is broadcast.

The gatherings

Dinners of six.
Salons of twelve.
Never a ballroom.

Each month, a handful of intimate evenings across the city — a chef's table in Yorkville, a Persian poetry night in Cabbagetown, a Sunday brunch in Leaside. Attendance is confirmed by hand.

The next season of gatherings is being curated. Check back soon.

A note from the founder

“I wanted a room where I could speak my mother tongue without explaining it, and my second one without apologising for it.”

The room stays small.
